More than Sunday morning

The live translation is only part of what the app gives you. You can read a sermon again during the week, catch up on your church's notices, and follow the service from home — all in your own language.

Everything here lives in the menu, alongside Translation.

The Archive — read a service again

Tap Archive to see the services your church has translated.

Pick a date and the whole service opens as text, in the language you have chosen. You can scroll back through it as slowly as you like, which is often easier than following live — useful if you want to look up something the preacher said, or share a passage with someone.

If you have not been to a service yet, you will see:

No translations available yet. Translated sermons will appear here once the service is over.

A service appears in the archive once it has finished.

One thing to expect. If your language was not switched on during part of a service, that part shows the language spoken at the church instead, with a short note explaining why. The Listening Experience explains this in full. If you mostly read the archive during the week rather than joining live, it is worth mentioning at the welcome desk — your church can set things up so your language stays on.

Announcements — notices from your church

Tap Announcements to read what your church has posted: upcoming events, prayer requests, practical notes for the week.

Your church writes each notice once, in its own language, and you read it in yours. Nothing to switch on.

If there is nothing there yet:

No announcements yet. Check back later for updates from your church.

Announcements stay until the church replaces or removes them, so you can come back to one later in the week.

Watching from home

If your church streams its services, you can watch the video and read the translation on the same device.

Tap Livestream in the menu. It appears whenever your church has added a stream link — if you do not see it, your church has not set one up for this service.

The translation continues exactly as it does in the building, so someone at home who does not speak the service language follows along in just the same way.

Your church's website

Tap Website in the menu to open your church's own site — service times, directions, who to contact.

If it says No Information Available, your church has not added a link yet. Mention it at the welcome desk and they can add one in a moment.

About, and reporting a problem

About holds the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and a Report a problem link.

Use Report a problem if you see something in a translation that is wrong, offensive, or clearly not part of the service. It opens an email with your church already filled in, so we know where to look. We read every one.
