• Keyword Booster A specialized accuracy tool that allows you to pre-load a list of custom keywords/phrases (e.g., “Deuteronomy“). It tells the AI to prioritize these specific phonemes, ensuring they aren't replaced by common, similar-sounding words.

• Split Sentences: Transform a sermon transcript into prepared sentences for easy translation

🎁 Start free — 50,000 characters

Every new church begins with 50,000 free characters of translation, shared across every language you activate. No payment method is needed to sign up, and nothing is charged while you are inside that allowance.

To put that in context: a one-hour service is roughly 50,000 characters of speech, so your first full service in one language is free. The allowance is shared, though — every extra language translates the same speech again, so three active languages use it up three times as fast.

• No card at signup. The last step of registration is a button reading Start using the app. You can run a real service the same day.

• You always know where you stand. A counter at the top of your dashboard shows how many free characters are left, and warns you as you approach the end.

• Nothing is charged by surprise. When the allowance runs out, translation pauses and asks you to add a payment method. You are never billed without having added one yourself.

💡 Adding a card early costs you nothing. It simply means translation keeps running the moment you pass the free allowance, instead of stopping part-way through a service.

💰 Simple, Usage-Based Pricing

Our pricing is built on a "usage-based" model. There are no flat monthly fees; instead, your costs are determined strictly by the volume of text processed and the number of languages you choose to activate.

The Core Rate

The base rate for the service is:

€0.01 per 150 characters (per language)

The Language Multiplier

Because each translation requires independent processing, every language you activate acts as a multiplier for the base cost.

📉 How to keep costs down

Managing your active languages is the most effective way to control your budget. Here is how you can stay in command of your usage:

• Switch off languages nobody is listening to. Church Translation can switch a language off automatically once it has gone a while without a listener, and switch it back on the moment a visitor returns. For most churches this is the single largest saving available — see Stewardship: Making the Most of Your Resources.

• Session Toggles: You can toggle specific languages on or off for each individual session to ensure you are only paying for what is currently necessary.

• Usage Insights: The Online User widget or User Management page provides real-time insights into which languages are actually being used by your audience.

• Manage Auto-Approvals: Keep in mind that with "Automatically approve languages" activated, church visitors can independently activate new languages, which will increase costs.

  • If this is deactivated, you maintain total control: you simply approve or deny language requests via the notification widget as they come in.
